The design, location ( The hotel is situated in the main square of Castelo de Vide ), price and service were all fantastic. The breakfast is amasing. I also loved the Casa do Parque restaurant remomended by the hotel. The staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous and the rooms have very good facilities. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Castelo de Vide.

Does not accept credit card payments. We were not told about this in advance and were not expecting to pay cash. Given the daily maximum withdrawal of £200 cash by card this could have been a real problem if we had not had more than one card or had already withdrawn cash that day.

We had the perfect family stay in a beautiful property located just off the main square in the center of the quaint town. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile upon arrival, making us feel at home right away. Our room was clean and comfortable, furnished with everything we needed and with a great view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh and local products. The property also had cozy sitting rooms throughout for us to relax in, making our stay even more enjoyable.
